I got my driver's license a few months ago, very soon after that I bought a car (maybe not the best, but hey, at least it's my own!). I began to enjoy driving more and more. I thought it might be a good idea to get some gadgets for my vehicle.
My budget is limited, that's why I am always doing extensive research before I buy anything. Prices, manufacturers, features, usefulness and a lot of other stuff. When it comes to shopping, it's never as easy as it may seem.
I followed my father's advice and got some of the regular things, like GPS. Other than that, I wanted to get a good car thermometer. Not only for monitoring the temperature inside, but more importantly, outside. It's extremely useful because it lets you know when the temperature falls, water freezes, and the road becomes more dangerous.
I already bought mine. Since I was very pleased with this purchase I decided to review the thermometer.
So, after all of the research I did, this is my final decision: 12V, Electronic Thermometer, Indoor/Outdoor, with Ice Alert & Clock-1 (picture below)
Zero problems so far. I've been using it for around 2 weeks now. Sturdy construction. It uses 12-volt for backlight, you can plug it in the cigarette lighter. Without the backlight it uses one AAA battery. You can also set the thermometer to alarm you when the temperature falls.
It's easy to install and easy to read. O right, I forgot to mention that it also shows time and date.
